Of course, the duty of teacher has to understand the student's aptitude in order to help them to find out their own learning and cultivate the learning strategies. Consequently, we have to cultivate the intrinsic motivation rather than extrinsic motivation to learn English. In the process of learning English, the teacher has to put the grammar systematically and think what methodology is the best that present the rules to the students which won't interfere with their native language. The teacher shouldn't repetition the pedagogy if the student doesn't understand what are you talking about. That is to say, a good language teacher must say something in the other words to explain the knowledge of English when the listener is confusing the content of lecture.
